Our Home Health Division offers the following services:
Skilled Nursing
A registered nurse provides nursing care and treatment ranging from traditional to high-tech services using a physician authorized plan. These services are conducted in the home.
Home Health Aides
Home Health aides are trained to help the patient with everyday activities such as bathing, getting in and out of bed, and taking medication. Home Health aides do limited household tasks and assist patients with their prescribed exercises.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapists work to relieve any pain the patient may experience in joints and muscles through an exercise program.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists will help the patient regain control of their abilities in order to complete everyday tasks.
Speech Therapy
The speech pathologist helps with any speech, hearing, or swallowing difficulties the patient may have as a result of an accident or illness.
Medical Social Worker Not available at this time.
Home Support Aide Service
Certified Nurse Aide duties include meal planning and preparation, personal care, and light housekeeping. Certified Nurse Aides work under the supervision of a registered nurse.
HealthWatch Emergency Response System
The HealthWatch program is an easy to use electronic device designed to signal a friend or relative in an emergency. The system is connected to the user's telephone.
Home Support
We provide a skilled service to patients on a fee-for-service basis. Medicare and most insurance companies will not pay for certain skilled services that require a nurse. This service is for anyone who needs assistance to safely stay in their home and who does not qualify for Home Health Services covered by Medicare or Insurance.
